About us

It all began when Yuriy Fylyuk and his partners moved from Kyiv to Ivano-Frankivsk, where he founded the successful impact investment project Urban Space 100. Promprylad emerged as a continuation of this journey - a way to scale social responsibility from individual projects to an entire city and ultimately to the country.

After

In the heart of Ivano-Frankivsk, a once-abandoned Soviet-era factory has been transformed into one of Ukraine’s most dynamic engines of civic, cultural, and economic renewal. The project was initially shaped by research and recommendations from Stanford University and by insights developed during a workshop at the CANactions urban festival.

Promprylad is an innovation center that brings together entrepreneurs, artists, educators, civil society, and municipal agencies under one roof. It is more than a building — it is a thriving ecosystem where social innovation meets business, creativity drives recovery, and communities shape their own future.

One of the most important components of the Promprylad ecosystem is its self-named foundation.

Promprylad Foundation aims to drive rebuilding through community, fostering collaboration that transforms cities and strengthens society. In particular, it is the Foundation that embodies the project's social functions:

1
Economic development
& innovations
2
Art for reflection
& dialogue
3
Veterans accessible sport
& recovery

It’s more than a workplace — it’s a project with a bold mission and shared values that truly resonate with me. Here, I’ve found a community that lives by those values every day, inspiring me to grow and contribute to something bigger than myself

So it's really difficult from a marketing perspective to explain what it is. You know I was told old Soviet gas factory that's been turned into a WeWork space and the WeWork space is partly for-profit, and you know I was told by Yevgeny Hlibovytsky like to get on the airplane you just need to come see it and you know he told me that there's a yoga studio, an art studio, a space for people to talk to each other and hang out and there's you know a back office for a political, for a restaurant and for politics like it's a mix, it's a mishmash.
